Terms of Service

Omnivictus is an online marketing consulting and advisory service. We provide one to one consultations that help you plan and improve your marketing, and we deliver written recommendations you can act on.

Where these terms say we or us, they mean Omnivictus. Where they say you, they mean the person or business using the site or booking a consultation.

We give independent advice. It helps to be clear about the boundaries of that service.

• We provide marketing consulting and advisory sessions delivered online.
• We do not run advertising accounts or manage campaigns on your behalf unless separately agreed.
• We do not resell advertising, media or software, and we are not paid by any platform to recommend it.
• We do not provide legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

Our role is to advise. Putting the advice into practice, and any spending you decide to do, remains your decision and your responsibility.

You may browse the site, read the material on it and submit genuine booking and contact requests. The site, its text, layout and code belong to us or are used with permission.

• Do not copy substantial parts of the site's content or code for use elsewhere.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or replicate the site.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or bypass its security.
• Do not submit false or automated bookings.

Opening a service and sending a booking request is a request, not a confirmed agreement. It does not reserve a time by itself.

An agreement forms only once we confirm your booking by email and, where a fee applies, payment is arranged. Prices shown on the site are starting points in United States dollars per session and are confirmed before a session goes ahead.

Consultations are intended for adults acting for a business or a genuine business idea. By booking you confirm you are at least eighteen years old and that the details you give us are accurate.

Good advice depends on good input. A few things rest with you.

• Share accurate information about your business, goals and current marketing.
• Confirm you have the right to share any data, figures or materials you send us.
• Make your own decisions about acting on the advice and any spending involved.
• Join sessions on time and from a place where you can talk freely.

After a consultation you receive a written summary of what we discussed and the recommendations we made. That summary is for your own use in running your business.

You may act on it however you wish. Please do not resell or republish it as if it were a generic product, as it is prepared for your specific situation.

We provide our advice with reasonable care and skill, drawing on genuine experience. Marketing outcomes depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your budget, your execution and the platforms you use, so we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, traffic level or revenue.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any consultation is limited to the fee paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, profit or business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You are responsible for the decisions you make and the money you spend as a result of our advice. Treat our recommendations as informed guidance, not a guarantee of results.

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at the hosting provider. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to raise the concern in writing and attempt to resolve it directly. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.

We may update these terms as the advisory develops. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect, and continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance. The version in force when a booking is confirmed governs that booking.
