Consultation Terms
How a booking is confirmed, how sessions run, what you receive, and what is expected on both sides.
These Consultation Terms explain how a session works in practice once you book one. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and apply to every marketing consultation delivered by Omnivictus.
01How a booking is confirmed
You request a session by opening a service and sending a booking request, or by sending a message. We reply to confirm availability and, where a fee applies, to arrange payment.
Your session is confirmed only once we reply to agree a time. Until then, no time is reserved.
02Preparing for your session
The more you share in advance, the more useful the session. Before we meet, it helps to have a clear sense of your goals and your current situation.
- A short note on your business and who you are trying to reach.
- The marketing you are doing now and what is or is not working.
- Any specific questions or decisions you want to focus on.
- Access to any figures you are comfortable discussing, at a high level.
03How the session runs
Consultations are held online, by video or voice, whichever you prefer. At the agreed time we join a call, work through your questions and goals, and talk them through in plain language.
Sessions are focused and practical. We keep to the time booked; if a topic needs more depth than one session allows, we will say so and suggest how to continue.
04What you receive
After the session we write up what we discussed and send it to you, usually within two business days. The summary captures the recommendations and the next steps, so you can act on them at your own pace.
The written summary is the deliverable. Anything said live is guidance; the summary is what you keep and refer back to.
05Rescheduling and cancellations
Life happens, and sessions can be moved with reasonable notice.
- Reschedule or cancel with at least twenty-four hours' notice at no charge.
- With less notice, a session may be treated as delivered where a fee applies.
- If we ever need to move a session, we will offer you the earliest suitable alternative.
06Your responsibilities
For the session to work, a few things rest with you.
- Join at the agreed time from a place where you can talk freely.
- Share accurate information so the advice fits your situation.
- Make your own decisions about acting on the recommendations.
- Tell us in advance if someone else will join the call.
07Acting on the advice
We advise; you decide. Any changes you make, tools you buy or budgets you spend as a result of a consultation are your own decisions, and results depend on how the advice is put into practice and on factors outside our control.
Our recommendations are informed guidance based on the information you share. They are not a guarantee of any particular result, and outcomes will vary with your market and execution.
08Confidentiality
We treat what you share about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver your consultation. We do not share it outside what the session requires, and we can keep a project private on request.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these consultation terms as our practice develops. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect, and the version in force when your booking is confirmed governs that booking.
