A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise the same browser on a later page or visit. Related technologies, including local and session storage, do a similar job and are covered here even though they are not strictly cookies.

Cookies set by this domain are first party cookies. Cookies set by another service used here, such as a payment provider, are third party cookies.

These make the site work and cannot be switched off through the site. Blocking them in your browser can break the booking form or the checkout.

• Session. Keeps your place as you move between pages and through a booking.
• Security. Protects the site and any payment from abuse.
• Preferences. Remembers simple choices, such as a dismissed notice.

These are set by the Shopify platform that hosts the site. Session entries clear when you close the browser; persistent ones last up to twelve months.

These show how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are viewed and where a visit ends. It is reporting on patterns, not tracking of an individual.

We use it to see which parts of the site are useful and where people leave, so we can improve it. It is not used for advertising. These entries typically last up to two years and can be refused without affecting your ability to browse or book.

These remember small conveniences, such as a choice you made on a previous visit. Refusing them does not stop you using the site; it simply means those conveniences reset each time.

A small number of services set their own cookies when used.

• Payment provider. Sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and to complete a payment.
• Shopify. Sets platform cookies needed to serve and secure the site.
• Video or call tool. Where a session link is opened, that provider may set its own cookies.

These providers control their own cookies under their own privacy terms. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your browsing data.

You control cookies from your browser at any time. Every major browser lets you view and delete stored cookies, block third party cookies, block all cookies for a site, or clear everything when you close the window.

The settings are usually under Privacy or Site settings. Private or incognito mode clears everything at the end of the session automatically.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies can stop the booking form and checkout working. If a form will not submit, cookie blocking is a likely cause.

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, but there is no agreed standard for how a site should respond, so this site does not currently change its behaviour based on it. The browser controls above give you direct control regardless.

This policy is reviewed whenever the services used by the site change and at least once a year. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect and replaces earlier versions in full.
