Advisory Disclaimer
The nature and limits of the advice we give, including the independence of our recommendations and why results are not guaranteed.
Omnivictus gives guidance on marketing. This disclaimer sets out clearly what that advice is, what it is not, and the sensible limits to keep in mind. Please read it alongside the Terms of Service and the Consultation Terms.
01Advice, not a guarantee
Marketing depends on many moving parts: your market, your audience, your budget, your product, your timing and how the advice is put into practice. Because so much sits outside our control, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, traffic level, number of leads or revenue.
Our recommendations are informed guidance based on experience and on the information you share. They improve your chances of a good decision; they do not promise a specific outcome.
02We are independent
Our recommendations reflect your goals and your situation, nothing else. We are not paid by advertising platforms, software vendors or agencies to recommend them, and we do not earn commission on tools or ad spend.
Where we mention a platform, tool or provider, it is because it may suit your case, not because we are paid to say so.
03Results depend on execution
The value of any advice comes from acting on it well. How, when and how consistently you put a recommendation into practice will shape the result far more than the recommendation alone, and that part is in your hands.
04We do not manage or sell
Omnivictus is an advisory service. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not run your advertising accounts, manage your campaigns, hold access to your platforms, or sell advertising, media or software.
Any accounts, budgets and spending remain under your control and your name.
05Not legal, financial or tax advice
Our guidance is about marketing. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
Where a decision has legal, financial or compliance implications, please take advice from a suitably qualified professional in that field before acting.
06Estimates and examples
Any figures, benchmarks or examples we mention are illustrative and general. They are not predictions for your business, and real results will differ.
Treat any numbers we discuss as context for a decision, not as a forecast you can rely on.
07No professional relationship
A consultation does not create any professional, legal, financial or fiduciary relationship, and does not make us responsible for your business decisions.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the money you spend as a result of our advice.
08Third party information and platforms
Where we refer to a platform, tool, brand or resource, that reference is for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, policies or performance of any third party, and a reference is not an endorsement.
Third-party platforms change their rules and features often; what we describe may change after your session.
09Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to providing the consultation with reasonable care and skill, and our total liability for any consultation is limited to the fee paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, profit, budget or business, arising from decisions you make after a consultation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
