Privacy Policy
What we collect when you browse or book, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
This policy explains how Omnivictus handles personal information across this website, the booking and contact forms, and the consultations we deliver. We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and run sessions, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
01Information you give us
Most of what we hold is information you enter yourself. Booking a consultation or sending a message gives us your name, email address and phone number, along with details about your business and what you need help with.
- Enquiry details — name, email, phone, the service you are interested in.
- Session material — the information, goals and any figures you share for a consultation.
- Messages — anything you send through the forms or by reply.
Please share only what is needed for the session, and avoid sending sensitive credentials or passwords through the forms.
02Information collected automatically
This site runs on the Shopify platform, which records basic technical data when a page loads: pages viewed, approximate location from network address, referring page, browser and device type, and the time of the visit.
This keeps the site working and shows, in general terms, which pages are used. It is not used to identify you individually. What is stored in your browser is set out in the Cookie Policy.
03Why we hold it
Each piece of information serves at least one clear purpose.
- To respond to an enquiry or booking. We need your details to reply and arrange a session.
- To deliver a consultation. The advice depends on the information you share.
- To keep records. Session and correspondence records help us support your work.
- To meet accounting duties. Paid sessions must be recorded.
- To keep the site secure. Technical logs help identify faults and abuse.
We do not build advertising profiles and do not add you to a marketing list without a clear opt-in you can withdraw at any time.
04Who else sees your data
Running the advisory requires a few service providers, each receiving only what it needs.
- Website platform. Shopify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
- Email provider. Correspondence is sent through a commercial email service.
- Video or call tool. Online sessions are held through a standard meeting tool.
- Payment processor. Where a fee applies, payment is handled by a PCI-compliant processor; we never see full card numbers.
Some providers store data outside your state or country; where information moves internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers commit to under their own terms.
05Your business information
Details you share about your business, its performance or its plans are held only to carry out the consultation you asked for. We treat this material as confidential and do not share it outside what the session requires.
06How long we keep it
Consultation records, including your brief and the summary we sent, are kept for three years so we can support follow-up questions. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for twelve months.
Where a session was paid for, the financial record is kept for six years to meet accounting requirements.
07Your rights
Whatever your location, we apply the following as a matter of practice.
- Access — ask what we hold and receive a copy.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to erase information we no longer need to keep.
- Objection — ask us to stop a particular use.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from optional messages at any time.
Requests are answered within thirty days. We may confirm your identity first, and may keep material where a legal or accounting duty requires it.
08Data security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to session material is limited to those delivering the work. Accounts use strong credentials and, where supported, multi-factor authentication.
No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send passwords or payment card details through the forms.
09Changes
This policy is reviewed whenever our practices change and at least once a year. The date at the top of the page records when the current version took effect and replaces earlier versions in full.
